- Each arm adjusts in 18 degree increments
- Heavy-Duty Base system provides secure mounting orientations for 3/4" - 1" diameter. Works best on ATVs and Bicycles
- (2) Heavy-Duty retaining straps included. Straps have reinforced shoulders and connection points. Straps have dual-loop function that can be doubled back over.
