CLUTCH KIT FOR POLARIS

Polaris 900cc RANGER XP (non EBS) - Oversized tires A simple, effective clutch kit to recalibrate the Polaris 900cc RANGER XP (non-EBS) Utility Vehicle for oversized tires. The kit includes a new secondary clutch spring and new primary spring (actually two of them). The secondary spring is always used with one of the supplied primary springs. We have included two options for primary springs and either will function in this package. Some riders use a certain tire size for seasonal use or conditions, and not all riders like the same clutch characteristics. It is not that one spring or the other is better, it is personal preference. There is good detail on the characteristics in the setup guide that comes with the kit. For stock tires, the factory calibration is satisfactory for general use.
