The Z-RACING line is based on balancing an aggressive stance in accordance to your motorcycle, while keeping comfort and functionality for the rider.

The Z-Racing screens are designed to be more aerodynamically efficient than their stock ones, they are fully tested in the virtual wind tunnel to guarantee improvements in the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and the aerodynamic protection to the rider. Thanks to its double height, they deflect the wind that would otherwise hit the helmet and top area of the torso. In the meantime, the side channels pick up airflow and send it sideways with the objective of reducing air pressure from the rider’s shoulders.  

The aerodynamic protection improvement is of 12,7% (on average with the upper body up) versus the original model and of 61% in the “racing” position.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona, with the most advanced technologies, with high impact acrylic of 3 mm. We come up with a very strong piece, light, durable and with a rounded edge of 2 mm. The artificial vision system utilized during the quality control process guarantees that the screens will get to the client in perfect shape.

Installation of the screen doesn’t require additional parts like trims and every screen comes with an in-depth aerodynamic study that indicates the improvement in performance, as well as the protection to the rider.

With slightly larger dimensions and height than the original screen, its Z-shaped ducts divert the air, directing it to the sides, preventing it from impacting the helmet and upper part of the rider's torso.

It is available in various colours, clear, light smoked, dark smoked, orange and black, so that each rider can find the one that best matches their bike.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona with the most advanced technologies in the field, it has been developed by Puig's team of experts in windshields, benefiting from its extensive experience in high competition.

It is made of high quality 4 mm thick CN Acrylic material, providing great resistance, UV protection and clear visibility through.

It has a 2 mm rounded profile contour for greater safety and complies with the demanding regulations of the German TUV.

With overall measurements of 525 mm high by 420 mm wide, Puig's Z-Racing screen is 30 mm taller than the stock KTM screen.

It is fixed to the motorcycle by means of the mirrors, like the original screen, and a metallic support supplied by Puig, which allows it to be mounted more comfortably, being perfectly integrated into the front of the motorcycle.
