The R-Racer range of windscreens is the result of Puig's long experience in competition, working with the best MotoGP teams: Repsol Honda Team and WorldSBK: Kawasaki Racing Team, to develop the best windscreens for sportbikes.

The R-Racer bubbles are designed to offer perfect vision and to be aerodynamically more efficient than the original bubbles on each motorbike, tested in the virtual wind tunnel to ensure that they improve the aerodynamic coefficient (Cx) and, thanks to their greater height, they deflect the wind that would affect the rider's helmet and shoulders.

Designed and manufactured in Barcelona using the most advanced technology and made from high-strength 3mm acrylic material, the result is a strong, light and durable part with a rounded part finish >2mm (in compliance with German TÜV safety regulations). The artificial vision system used during the quality control process ensures that the bubbles reach the customer in perfect condition.

No additional parts are required to assemble the bubble, and each one is accompanied by an exhaustive aerodynamic study in which improvements in performance and rider protection are indicated.
