- Forgée à partir d'une seule ébauche, la direction des fibres est optimisée afin d'améliorer les caractéristiques mécaniques de la vanne sans avoir à recourir à la soudure
- Compatible avec les composants d'origine
- Pointe de tige de soupape trempée par induction
- Surfaces de la tête et du siège de soupape usinées avec précision
- Des procédés spéciaux de PVD et de CVD permettent d'obtenir un revêtement BrN (nitrure de carbone noir) qui confère aux surfaces une microdureté élevée et un faible coefficient de frottement, ce qui réduit la production de chaleur et l'accumulation de carbone.
- L'objectif est de proposer une soupape capable de résister aux conditions de course les plus difficiles.
