Clutch kits available for the Polaris RZR S 1000 for stock size or oversized tires. Stock tire kit allows for some flexibility for a variety of terrains and applications for OEM tire sizes. The oversized tire kit works for all larger tires, which may include sand dune applications, or for use at higher elevations with any tires.

Adjustable clutch kit for the Polaris 1000 RZR S (28-inch and larger tires), as well as sand dune or high-elevation applications (above 3,500 feet) with any tire size. Similar to the stock tire kit while containing a different secondary clutch spring better suited for these applications. Kit for this vehicle contains the same adjustable flyweight lever arms and most components. Fits 28-in or larger tires, but can be used with smaller tires (26 and 27 inches) tires by adding the optional secondary spring 472-DPSSBBLT (Black/Blue w/tang). One can convert this kit for one application to the other by using the optional secondary spring. Installation instructions include set up specifications for use of optional spring and various tire sizes.
